Fantastic Location and Service!

convenient location great breakfast selection

The location was unbeatable. I found it very easy to walk to many attractions. Baggage drop off service before check in and after checkout made my travel smoother! The breakfast buffet had a big selection and I tried the eggs Benedict, AMAZING!!!

The room size was big, especially considering how central the hotel is. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. The passion fruit martinis are AMAZING!!!

The bathroom could benefit from some updates, specifically the toilet and shower area need attention.

Acceptable Stay with Preventable Issues

carpet smell extended check-out

The hotel location is central. It is very close to the Royal Mile.

Hallway carpets had a noticeable smell, a significant issue. I found the absence of slippers unusual for a hotel in this class. I did ask for an extended check-out, but the receptionist promptly denied it. I had no chance to specify the duration I needed.

the hotel is in a great location near the royal mile. the staff were cute and always ready to assist. i found the rooms well kept with excellent cleaning service.
